Resolved

There were technical issues related to RTMP audio earlier this morning that impacted delivery of CaptionSentry services. The first incident occurred from 08:00 to approximately 08:23 ET, and the second from 09:00 to 09:20 ET. We apologize for any inconvenience or caption loss. The issues have since resolved and we will continue to monitor.
